RISK OF LOSS: All items purchased from WCSG are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS: WCSG attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, WCSG does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by WCSG itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

RETURN POLICY: There is no refund for services provided or of registration fees once payment has been made. If you purchase a product from WCSG through this website, you must return any item purchase from WCSG within 30 calendar days of confirmed receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. The product must be returned in good condition. You must pay all shipping and handling charges. Your refund will be processed by in accordance with your original payment method. If a product is damaged in transit, you must file a claim with the carrier.

DISPUTES: Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to worldchampionsportsgroup. com or to products or services sold or distributed by WCSG or through worldchampionsportsgroup.com in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds $7,500 shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
